As we usher in 2024, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on 2023 and share some highlights from the year. First a huge thank you to our clients for making 2023 the strongest year in Wealth Access’ history, and a special thank you to our amazing Client Advisory Board who continue to provide us with valuable industry guidance. We appreciate all the insights you provide us and look forward to a wonderful 2024.

In reflecting on 2023, it was challenging for financial services, but Wealth Access remained cash flow positive with a strong balance sheet and continued growth rate of our core business of 31 percent year-over-year. In fact, Wealth Access is in the Advisor Data Warehousing category, and has the highest Integration score in the category of an 8.5 on a 10 point scale. This indicates the depth and breadth of our tool's integrations with other common applications in an AdvisorTech stack, using an Integration Scoring System developed by the Ezra Group. This is a tremendous recognition for us.

Early last year, we moved to our new office space located at 222 Second Avenue, in downtown Nashville. The location is excellent, and the space enables us to continue to grow as a company. I would invite anyone to come visit us.

We welcomed several new clients to our roster in addition to seeing expansion from our existing client base. Additionally, we added new talent to our ever-growing team and anticipate having even more individuals join us throughout this year.

The 2023 Wealth Access Summit held true to our signature guiding values to Listen, Learn, then Lead. Our Client Advisory Board, comprised of leadership from some of the largest banks and wealth management firms in the United States, shared insights that help drive our success not only for our overall business but also for the conference attendees. We appreciate all the knowledge they imparted to the attendees, further solidifying the importance of us being a collaborative partner with our clients. Some of the key drivers from our 2024 roadmap saw discussions around five important topics:

  • Unifying Data across wealth including brokerage, trust, and other business lines with retail and business banking for improved experiences is paramount;
  • Ensuring the customer experience is not interrupted during conversion;
  • Compliance and having confidence in your solutions;
  • Driving adoption both internally and externally; and
  • Preparing for generational wealth transfer.

Wealth Access was the winner of WealthManagement’s ‘Wealthies' Award for Best Client Portal, and honored as one of Nashville Entrepreneur Center’s NEXT award finalists. The NEXT Awards annual program celebrates entrepreneurs who are transforming industries and strengthening the Middle Tennessee community and beyond. To say we were thrilled is an understatement. It is a true testament not only to our platform but also to our clients who use it.

Last year, we also announced integrations with industry-leading digital banking platforms including Jack Henry and NCR. What this means is your bank can access these hyper-personalized experiences without disrupting your current client experiences. Our platform seamlessly integrates wealth data into your digital banking journey. Whether you are a wealth management client, a small business owner, or an individual account holder, your experience is uniquely tailored to your financial situation and objectives.

2023 was a fast-paced and exciting time for us. We anticipate even more growth in 2024 and invite you to discover more about Wealth Access’ enterprise customer data unification platform that works with existing systems to generate deep insights that power hyper-personalized banking and wealth management experiences. Here’s to a very prosperous 2024 for everyone.
