Wealth Access Data Insights Platform Available to Jack Henry Digital Banking Customers

- Banks and credit unions to leverage Wealth Access’ enterprise data insights solution through Jack Henry’s digital banking platform -

This week, Wealth Access, the leading customer data insights platform that unifies and enriches data to power hyper-personalized experiences for financial institutions, announced its platform will be available to Jack Henry customers through the Vendor Integration Program (VIP). This partnership allows all FIs using Jack Henry’s Banno™ for digital banking to also leverage Wealth Access to integrate customer wealth management data and create hyper-personalized banking interactions without the need to enter additional credentials.

The Wealth Access enterprise customer data insights platform unifies and enriches financial institutions’ existing books and records, including trust, private banking, trust and other wealth data, to create a universal client record. This record can be used to build an omnichannel digital experience and provide valuable and highly personal insights.

“Most banks have not had the opportunity to centralize their data, which means customers face the inconvenience of logging into multiple entry points to access their information. Wealth Access equips banks with the tools they need to streamline access to data, ultimately enhancing customers’ financial journeys,” said David Benskin, founder and CEO of Wealth Access. “Our partnership with Jack Henry empowers all bank and credit union customers using the digital banking platform to begin maximizing customer engagements and driving growth across all business lines and services.”

Wealth Access customer, INTRUST Bank, leverages the platform to consolidate data from diverse systems such as trust, broker-dealer, and retirement. Consequently, the bank's service team can dismantle silos, access comprehensive financial histories, and collaborate across business lines. This collaborative approach enhances customer loyalty and contributes to increased revenue for the bank.

Troy Jordan, Managing Director of Wealth and Retirement at INTRUST Bank, said, 'Working with Wealth Access allows us to centralize data from various systems including trust, broker-dealer, and retirement to seamlessly integrate this wealth data within our digital banking experience. As a result, our service team is able to break down silos, access comprehensive client financial histories, and work across business lines to boost customer loyalty and revenue. Wealth Access is more than a platform; it acts as the cornerstone of our advisor-client relationships, empowering our wealth managers to deliver greater value to the customers they serve.'"

Jack Henry’s VIP takes the customer out of the middle, providing vendors with direct access to Jack Henry’s technical resources and test systems. VIP inclusion is not an endorsement of the vendor’s product.
